A few months back, I bought my first Golden Goose sneakers (you might remember seeing them in a recent post), and have been asked a lot about them ever since. So many that I decided it was finally time to do a full write-up! Where could someone find a pair like yours?
I ordered mine from Cettire when they had a solid deal going on.
Placed my order on the 28th of April and they were delivered by the golden goose sneakers men’s 30th, so the shipping was lightning fast .

Are they true to size?
I found them to fit true to size, at least for me.
Since they don’t stretch and half sizes aren’t available, I’d choose the larger option.
Are they comfortable?
They’re extremely comfortable, and only took a few hours to break in..
Do they hold up well?
Since they come pre-distressed, I didn’t worry about wearing them outside. I’ve worn them all over NYC, and they’ve held up beautifully. No glitter has fallen off, and the shape stayed solid. Since the aesthetic is distressed, I don’t really notice if there’s new wear and tear.
Do they feel better than other shoes?
These are the best sneakers I own. I’ve tried others like Vejas, but Golden Goose wins in both comfort and quality. There’s a secret wedge inside that adds support and height — making your legs look longer. Also, they’re not mass-produced, so each pair is custom-feeling. And the sparkle on mine? Next-level.
Are they worth it?
Totally! Though I suggest looking for a deal. They’re expensive, so getting them with a promo is a better idea. I’d pay several hundred for the quality, especially if you get a pair you love. I went bold with sparkle, but a low-key version would also look great.

How is the fit?
They ran true to size for me — I usually wear a size 6, and I went with a EU 36. They haven’t stretched at all, so if you’re in the middle, I’d go up
Is the comfort worth it?
They required minimal break-in time.
Do they hold up well?
Because they already have scuffs, I didn’t worry about scuffing them more. I’ve worn them all over the city, and they’ve held up beautifully. The laces are intact, and the leather hasn’t stretched.
Because they already look worn, I can’t even tell if there’s new wear and tear.
